Privacy policy
This policy describes what personal data we collect through the site, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have.
The data controller is AET 17 LTD, company ID 202061228, 122 Hristo Botev Blvd, Plovdiv. Questions: [email protected]
1. What data we collect
• With an enquiry or reservation — name, phone, and optionally email and a message. We also record the sender's IP address, as protection against abuse.
• On registration — name, email, optionally phone, preferred language and the date of last sign-in.
• With a dealer application — company, contact person, email, phone, city, optionally VAT number and a message.
• While browsing — the page visited, IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location (country and city, resolved locally from the IP) and the address you came from. We use no external analytics service; the IP address never leaves the server. This statistic shows us which listings are viewed; requests from known bots are not recorded.
We do not collect payment data. There is no online payment on this site.
2. Why we process it
• To answer your enquiry and hold the device for you — on the basis of taking steps at your request before a contract.
• To maintain your account, if you registered.
• To review your dealer application.
• For visit statistics and protection against abuse — on the basis of our legitimate interest in the site working and staying secure.
• To meet legal obligations — accounting and tax, where a sales document has been issued.
3. How long we keep it
• Enquiries and reservations — up to 12 months after the last communication.
• Account data — for as long as the account exists.
• Dealer applications — up to 12 months after the decision; if approved, they become part of the partner file.
• Visit statistics — up to 12 months.
• Documents subject to accounting obligations — for the period set by law.
4. Who we share it with
• The email service provider (Brevo) through which messages from the site are sent.
• The hosting provider and the service that protects the site against attacks.
• Competent authorities, where there is a legal basis.
• Google — a Google Maps window showing the showroom address is embedded at the bottom of every page. Loading the map makes your browser connect to Google's servers, and Google sees your IP address in the process. This happens automatically when the page opens. If you would rather it did not, you can block maps.google.com in your browser; the rest of the site keeps working normally.
We do not sell your personal data and do not provide it for anyone else's marketing purposes.
5. Cookies
The site uses only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie so that forms and sign-in work, and a cookie protecting against request forgery.
Your choice of light or dark theme is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and is not sent to us.
We currently use no third-party advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for consent where required.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, and to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
Write to [email protected]. We reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have been breached, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
7. Changes
