Terms of service

These terms govern the use of the AETGSM Center website (AET 17 LTD, company ID 202061228). By using the site you accept what is set out below.

1. What this site is

The site is a storefront and a listings platform. There is no cart and no online payment: listings show available devices, and the deal is concluded in the showroom or by direct arrangement with the seller.

Sending an enquiry or reservation is not an order and binds neither you nor the seller. A reservation holds the device for a reasonable period until we get in touch with you.

2. Registration

Registration is not required to browse listings. It gives access to saved favourites and to the history of your enquiries.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your password safe. Tell us if you suspect someone else is using your account.

3. Listings and content

Listings marked as ours are published by AET 17 LTD. Listings by independent dealers are published by them, and responsibility for their content is theirs.

It is prohibited to list stolen or blocked devices, or devices with an altered identifier, and to use misleading descriptions, someone else's photos or untrue prices. On a substantiated report we remove the listing and restrict the seller's access.

We reserve the right to edit or remove a listing that breaches these rules or the law.

4. Prices and availability

Prices are shown in euro and leva and apply to the specific device in the listing. A device may be sold before the listing is updated; in that case we will offer an alternative, but we owe no compensation.

A technical error in a price or description does not create an obligation to sell on the erroneous terms.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, the photos of our own devices and the design of the site are ours. Manufacturer trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the device a listing refers to. We are not an official representative or authorised service centre of any of those manufacturers.

6. Liability

We take care that the information on the site is accurate and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to it.

7. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the "Privacy policy".

8. Changes

These terms may be amended. The valid version is the one published on this page; the date of the last revision is at the end.

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are settled by agreement, and failing that by the competent Bulgarian court.
