Responsibility for transactions

AETGSM Center is a listings platform for new and second-hand devices. The site carries two kinds of listings, and responsibility differs between them. Please read this carefully before agreeing to a purchase.

1. Listings by independent sellers

Listings published by registered independent sellers — dealers and private individuals — are not our listings. For these:

• The contract of sale is concluded directly between buyer and seller. AET 17 LTD (company ID 202061228) is not a party to the transaction and does not receive payment for it.

• The seller is responsible for the condition and origin of the device, for the accuracy of the description and photos, for any warranty, for returns, and for issuing a sales document.

• All details in the listing — model, storage, condition, battery health, IMEI, original box and accessories — are declared by the seller. We do not verify or guarantee them.

• Price, method of payment and handover are agreed directly between buyer and seller.

• Complaints, disputes and claims are settled directly between buyer and seller. We may help the parties get in touch, but we take on no obligation to resolve a dispute and are not liable for its outcome.

Our role in these listings is technical: we provide the place where the listing is published.

2. Listings by AET 17 LTD (AETGSM Center)

Listings marked as ours are our own sales. In those we are the seller and carry the responsibility the law places on a trader, including the statutory guarantee of conformity. Where a commercial warranty is stated in the listing, it applies under the terms described on the "Warranty and returns" page.

Devices sold by us are not shipped by courier. Handover is in person, at the showroom in Plovdiv.

3. Before you pay — our advice

• Inspect and test the device on site before paying.

• Check the IMEI and make sure the device is not blocked or locked to someone else's account.

• Ask for a sales document and for the warranty terms in writing.

• Do not transfer money in advance or pay a deposit to an unknown seller before seeing the device.

4. Prohibited listings

Listing stolen or blocked devices, or devices with an altered identifier, is prohibited. On a substantiated report we remove the listing, restrict the seller's access and, where necessary, assist the competent authorities.
